Providing Physical Psychological Spiritual Social Care

We are amazed
CHPC has provided palliative care to over 700 elderly men, women and children living with life threatening diseases
Home Visits
are at the core and center of our activities, visiting more than 30 families, which lived together with and looked after the elderly, children and individuals Living with HIV/ AIDS. We give them medicine and advice on intake of a balanced diet and drinking water .

By a dedicated team of 19 volunteers who are professionals in their areas and our international Partners like you who donate and take part in this project
